CSEA 2008 ONLINE AUCTION RETURN TO CSEA AUCTION MAIN PAGE In order to submit your donations online you must register for the auction and receive an ID#. You will be asked to enter your ID# and email address when you click on the donor form link if you are not already logged in. To register: click here. After receiving your ID# please close the registration window to continue. The link to the Online Donation page will open a new window with a form for entering your donation information. You will be asked for the following information: 1. Item Title 2. Retail Value (Estimate if necessary) 3. Published Donor Name (optional) 4. Description (Almost unlimited) 5. Minimum Bid (Typically 1/3 of retail but you can set a higher value). 6. Notes (Optional) ***Please note that dollar values must be written without punctuation (i.e. $2,500.00 is written 2500). After filling out the form click "Save". You will be returned to a new blank form and you can add additional items. When you have added all the items you wish, close the form window and click on the link to the auction main page. In order to provide images for your donations, please use Item Title as the name for the image file (Item Title.jpg). Please eliminate any spaces between the words in the Item Title when naming your image. Images should be 400x600 (or 600 pixels in the longest dimension if the proportions are not 2:3) pixels, saved as JPEG files. Please email your images to the auction administrator, who will make any necessary adjustments. Do not send clip art or images downloaded from the web. If the only image available is online, please send that hyperlink to the auction administrator. Please contact the auction administrator for any assistance needed with the online donation process.
